Prospere Administração e Cobrança (Prospere Management and Collection) is a company experienced in dealing with third-party business through strategic and customized solutions so that developers can get greater profits with their land subdivisions and can dedicate themselves to other activities with greater effort.

Our role in the management section is taking care of all operational activities of a land subdivision such as customer service, customer retention, contract readjustments, bureaucratic and documental issues.

How Prospere partnership works

The customer signs the service provision contract with Prospere.

We transfer your land subdivision data to the Prospere platform.

The management and collection team analyses the entire situation and suggests a strategy to recover the land subdivision, if applicable.

The management staff then lists all adjustment situations and gets in touch with customers, if necessary.

The collection staff works to revert default with specific techniques for each client/region.

All payment slips are paid directly to the land subdivision bank account. We do not receive any amount from the customer's instalments.

On the first working day of each month, Prospere makes an accounting report, informing amounts received, cancellations, invoice and payment slip.

At the beginning of each month, we receive a commission for services rendered.

We analyse the results and start a new cycle.
